Purpose Driven
For some years we were insoired by the 'Purpose Driven' model of a balnaced, biblically-based approach to personal discipleship and church life. We now continue that general model by compiling 'preaching series' in a balance of focus which includes Old and New Testament books, Biblical themes, topical issues and an appropriate seasonal focus.
We benefit from a balance of purpose in our church life because it:
- Contributes to unity - as personal preferences are subordinated.
- Contributes to a defined purpose and direction in preaching and teaching.
- Contributes to the development of church mission, fellowship and ministry.
- Contributes to spiritual growth and an active personal devotional life.
